Keralite Engineers Association (KEA) is a Kuwait based forum of Malayalee Engineers graduated from Universities outside Kerala. KEA is a constituent alumni association of Kuwait Engineers Forum (KEF), which is an umbrella organization of alumni associations of six engineering colleges situated in Kerala and KEA. The six engineering colleges are College of Engineering, Trivandrum (CET), Mar Athanasius College of Engineering (MACE), National Institute of Technology, Calicut (NIT), NSS College of Engineering (NSSCE), Trichur Engineering College (TEC) and Thangal Kunju Musalliyar College of Engineering (TKMCE). KEF is a registered body with the Indian Embassy of Kuwait.
Formed in the year 1978 by a group of progressive thinking Malayalees, ‘Kerala Art Lovers Association’– ‘KALA’, is a prominent socio-cultural, secular forum of the Indians in Kuwait. KALA takes up multifaceted endeavors ranging from charity programs to the promotion of art and culture among the Keralite community in Kuwait.
