Telugu Christian Congregation was established in the Year 1971 by Apostle Dr.Livingston Gadde. This congregation is governed by Pastors, Council of Elders and Deacons. Elders and Deacons are appointed by the Pastors after much prayer.

On 27th September 1947, the General Council of Church of India, Pakistan, Burma and Ceylon, General Assembly of South India United Church and South India Provincial Synod of Methodist Church joined together to from the CHURCH OF SOUTH INDIA as the largest united national church in India.
The St Paul’s CSI Congregation was formed on the 6th of October 1995. For more than 50 years of the past, most of the Indian Christians in and around Ahmadi were attending services under the banner of Malayalee Christian Congregation (MCC) and worship services were conducted by the CSI and Marthoma leaders. At a later stage, during alternate months, the congregation had Communion services conducted by the Vicar of the CSI Kuwait City Church.
