Cardinal Maximous Hakeem had officially sent Priest Pasillious Kanakrie on an investigating mission to Kuwait to study and gather as much possible information about the Roman Catholic committee, their lifestyle and needs. Priest Pasillious had reported back in one month fully explaining the situation. Based on that report our Patriarchal had officially assigned (in 1972) Priest Pasillious Kanakrie himself as its humble servant in charge of Baghdad and Kuwait regions.
