The department is specialized of spreading Kuwait culture and defining Kuwait history , heritage and Civilization in the International ceremonies and book Exhibitions by its various informative publications around the years such as : book, brochures , photos , posters , In addition to special publications related to national occasions : The National Day and The Liberation Day . others are related to Religions Occasions : Eid Al Fitr – Eid Al Adha and Ramadan.
