The Office of the Economic and Commercial Counselor is a proprietary state authority at the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in the State of Kuwait. Our main goal is to further develop the commercial and economic relations between Bulgaria and Kuwait, to increase mutual investments, to facilitate scientific cooperation and to provide up to date information to both Bulgarian and Kuwaiti businesses.
