When first established in 1961 , the Kuwait Fund was without precedent. Here was Kuwait, a tiny country, until recently among the poorest places in earth, establishing a development fund in the year of its political independence. While welcoming its new-found prosperity it was declaring a willingness to share its future wealth with its Arab neighbours.

We are a young committee dedicated to spreading awareness on the importance of voting in Kuwaiti society. We were inspired by the historic date of May 16, 2005, when the Kuwaiti Parliament approved the right for Kuwaiti women to vote and run for elections.
Our main goal is to spread awareness on the importance of voting and highlight the affect of voting on civil society.
