Al Enmaa Real Estate was established as a shareholding closed company on the 15 / 08 / 1993 with a capital of one million Kuwaiti Dinars. It was one of the first companies to be established by Kuwait Finance House and operates in compliance with Islamic sharia principles. Due to the diversified nature of it's activities, and considering it's exceptional performance over the past four years of operation, and extraordinary general assembly of shareholders in 1997 decided to increase it's capital to KD 30 Million .
