Wathrah real-estate group began its work in 2001, through constructing two investment buildings in Al-Mahbola area. Each project consists of a six story building that contain in each level four apartment. These projects were built in a short period and sold to an investor who reinvests it later. Since that time, similar projects continued without interruption inside Kuwait.
